Abstract Handbuilding Vase Workshop with Serena Kitchen

Come make something weird and wonderful with clay. In this hands-on pottery workshop, you’ll learn handbuilding techniques to create your own abstract ceramic vase with Serena Kitchen of @clayolives.

This workshop is designed for beginners and experienced potters alike. Serena will guide you through building, shaping, and adding personality to your vase while you experiment with organic forms and abstract design. No previous pottery experience is required, and all materials are included.

Whether you’re making a dramatic statement piece, a wonky little vessel, or something that looks like it came straight out of your favorite art museum, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind piece made entirely by you.

Your piece will be fired at The Clay Department after the workshop and will be ready for pickup once firing is complete.
