Pottery Date Night

Couple Wheel Night is a hands on pottery wheel date night in San Antonio, perfect for couples looking for a creative and memorable experience this February. This beginner friendly class is designed for all skill levels and no prior pottery experience is required.

Classes run every Friday night from 6 to 8 pm. To ensure everyone leaves with a finished piece, our instructors will center the clay for you before you begin. You and your partner will learn the basics of wheel throwing, shape your own pottery, and enjoy a relaxed studio atmosphere together.

At the end of the class, each participant will select a glaze. We take care of the firing process, and finished pieces will be ready for pickup in 3 to 4 weeks.

Wine (or sparkling water) and charcuterie are included with this class. Guests 21 and over can enjoy complimentary wine during the workshop, along with a curated charcuterie spread to make your Friday night date even more relaxed and memorable.

Is this a good Valentine’s date idea?
Yes. Couple Wheel Night is one of our most popular Valentine’s date experiences. It is creative, hands on, and designed so you can relax and have fun together, even if you have never touched clay before.

Do we need pottery experience?
No experience is required. This class is beginner friendly. Our instructors will center the clay for you so everyone can successfully make a piece on the wheel.

What will we make during class?
Each person will create their own pottery piece on the wheel. After class, you will choose your glaze and we will handle firing.

When will our pottery be ready?
Finished pieces will be ready for pickup in approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

What should we wear?
Wear comfortable clothes you do not mind getting a little messy. Aprons are suggested, but clay can still happen.

Is this only for Valentine’s Day?
No. While it is perfect for Valentine’s dates, this class runs every Friday in February and is great for anniversaries, date nights, or trying something new together.
