Claytime for Two: Handbuild a Jack-o’-Lantern

Grab your favorite person and spend the evening making something spooky together.

Claytime for Two is a beginner-friendly handbuilding pottery workshop in San Antonio where two people will each create and decorate their own ceramic jack-o’-lantern. You’ll learn the basics of working with clay while adding your own carved faces, textures, and details to make your pumpkin completely one-of-a-kind.

No pottery experience is needed. Our instructor will guide you through the entire process, from shaping your jack-o’-lantern to decorating the finished piece.

Enjoy complimentary wine and drinks while you work, then leave the messy part to us. We’ll glaze and kiln fire your pieces so they’re ready to pick up approximately 4–5 weeks after the workshop.

What should we wear?
Wear comfortable clothes you do not mind getting a little messy. Aprons are suggested, but clay can still happen.

Cancellation Policy

Workshop tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, we’re happy to provide class credit when you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop. No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of class are not eligible for credit.
