Cancellation, Refund & Late Arrival Policy

All class bookings are nonrefundable. Cancellations are eligible for class credit only, in accordance with our studio policies.

Students arriving 10 minutes or more after the scheduled class start time are still welcome to participate. However, arriving late may limit the time available for instruction, and completion of the planned project cannot be guaranteed. No refunds or additional credits will be issued due to late arrival or an unfinished project.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can make the most of your time in the studio.
